Shipping policy
You will receive an email confirmation after your order has been successfully placed. Shipping orders can take up to 48 hours to process; orders placed weekdays before 12:00 p.m. EST are likely to ship the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST or on weekends and holidays will ship the following business day.
Note: during summer hot weather months, orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST on Thursdays will not be shipped until Monday. Once in transit, shipping will take 3-7 business days.

Bebe Got Back ships to the USA. Expedited shipping is available for additional costs. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your Bebe Got Back purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days for credit. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We only accept returns from products purchased on BebeGotBack.com
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email the Customer Service line during normal hours of operation Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST at support@bebegotback.com
Customer Service will provide you with an authorization number. Please write this number on the receipt or proof of purchase; without this, we cannot accept your return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once the returned items are received and meet the standards listed in our refund policy, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days. Please email us at support@bebegotback.com with any questions pertaining to your refund.
