We want you to love your Bebe Got Back purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 14 days for credit. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We only accept returns from products purchased on BebeGotBack.com

Customer Service will provide you with an authorization number. Please write this number on the receipt or proof of purchase, and send an image of your package, without this we cannot accept your return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once the returned items are received and meet the standards listed in our refund policy, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days. Please email us at support@bebegotback.com with any questions pertaining to your refund.
